ALLARE INVITED—PLEASE JOIN US !!
This Sunday we will resume our study of the Word of God by examining one of the most radical chapters in the whole Bible!
Please open your Bibles to the 16th chapter of the Gospel of Matthew. I would encourage you to read the whole chapter, but, at least, for this Sunday, study, and be ready to talk about the first 12 verses!
While you are reading, consider the following two questions:
(1) Who was Jesus talking about when HE said, “an evil and adulterous generation”, and why did HE use that phrase? (verse 4)
(2) What was Jesus talking about when HE said, “beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees,”and why, in the world, would HE say this? (verse 6)
OK, be ready to unpack these verses, and, of course,….a bunch of “other stuff!”
We will meet at our usual time, Sunday, 9:45 AM, and at the usual place, Pfrangle Hall parlor.
Bring your Bibles…and…your “thinking caps!!”
